A French ruby and diamond pendant necklace
composed of a heart-shaped cabochon ruby drop with brilliant-cut diamond surround, suspended from a collet-set oval cabochon ruby with brilliant-cut diamond connection and princess-cut diamond surmount, to a neckchain, accompanied by three certificates from the French Gemological Laboratory, Paris - Gem testing reports numbers 162212 and 162699, dated 04/07/2003 and 29/09/2003 for one pear shaped cabochon cut red stone, weighing 10.13 carats, and one oval cabochon cut red stone, weighing 5.86 carats, both showed characteristics of rubies of Myanmar (formerly Burma) occurrences, with no indication of thermal enhancement, and Diamond grading report number 157471, dated 15/11/2001, for the princess cut diamond, weighing 0.20 carats, stating Colour Grade: D, Clarity Grade: VVS2.
