Chancery 2° (261 x 179mm). Gothic type, double column, initials in blue and red ink. (Occasional browning, light dampstaining, tiny wormtrack without loss at the end.) 17th-century vellum, manuscript title on spine (tears at spine and edges with a little loss). Provenance: Deacon Johannes ?'Chieraris' of Livorno (17th-century inscription) -- Capuchin convent of Moncalvo (17th-century inscription) -- Brother Angelus (17th-century inscription).
Probably the second edition, following another printed (possibly in the same year) in the same shop, of a standard scholastic text by the English Franciscan Richard Middleton. H *10984; BMC V, 206; Goff M-423.
