VINCENTIUS BELLOVACENSIS (d. before 1264). Speculum Morale. Venice: Hermannus Liechtenstein, 30 September 1493.
Median 2° (336 x 225mm). Gothic type, double column, opening initial in blue with red penwork Maiblumen decoration and extensions, major initials in blue with red penwork decoration, other initials in red and blue, paragraph marks and capital strokes in red. (Last leaf repaired, name excised from first leaf, causing marginal holes, a few spots and stains.) Later blindstamped vellum boards, sprinkled edges. Provenance: owner inscription on title dated 1582.
