Housed in a yellow sleeve with song titles handwritten in blue ink reading "Side No. 1 Kentucky Rain Do You Know Who I Am My Little Friend Mama Liked the Roses Who Am I Side No. 2 The Fair's Movin' On If I'm A Fool For Lovin' You Suspicious Mind Hey Jude." The verso with handwritten sports scores in blue ink.
