PRINCE SIGNED CONTRACT, LYRICS, CONCERT BUDGET

A collection of Prince related items from the mid 1980s including a signed contract, a concert budget, printed lyrics for the album Sign O The Times, and unused passes for Prince's Sign O The Times Tour. The one page undated actors' equity contract between Prince and Creative Artists Agency is signed on verso as "Prince Rogers Nelson" in blue ballpoint ink. There is a concert budget covering a late 1984 two day stand at Maple Leaf Gardens during the Purple Rain tour, amounting to $73,000. There are thirty pages of printed lyrics covering the songs on the Sign O The Times album, likely used during the recording, as several pages include handwritten notes indicating guitar parts, fills and places for background vocals. Finally there are two unused concert passes for Prince's Sign O The Times tour, and a glossy black and white publicity photo of Prince from 1987.
