With unmarked gold mounted thumbpiece set with a oval cabochon sapphire, gilded interior, the lid applied with an oval Swedish assayed plaque, engraved with a facsimile signature, 3 7/8 x 2 5/8in. (10 x 6.6cm.), 6oz gross.
