Of square form with rounded shoulders, the sides with four arched architectural panels depicting the new palace of the Kremlin, the Spasski Tower, St. Basil's Cathedral and another, possibly the Cathedral of the Assumption, all surrounded by nielloed interwoven scrollwork, the lid with gilded interior and engraved with a monogram - 4½in.
