AN EMPIRE ORMOLU-MOUNTED MAHOGANY ARMCHAIR

The rounded back and padded seat covered in light green patterned silk, the reeded top rail with scroll ends above a shaped panel mounted with a floral rosette flanked by scrolling foliage, the arms terminating in lion's heads, above sabre legs headed by anthemion and terminating in paw-cast feet, stamped 'QUENNE' and 'E', and with black ink inventory number '137'
