the first, a dissimilar pair, sinew sewn, one decorated on the vamp with verticle bands of linear motifs in white-heart red, white and blue beads, the other with verticle bands enclosing geometrical elements in white and green beads, with painted red ochre on the vamp, tongue, ankle, and heel fringe, rawhide soles; the second, painted overall with yellow ochre, sinew sewn, each decorated on the vamp with a narrow band of blue and white beads, pale purple pigment, heel fringe with red pigment, rawhide soles
