of tapering form, sinew sewn and lane-stitched in numerous shades of opaque and translucent beads, one side decorated with a pair of American flags, the other with crossed bars and triangular motifs, top panel with bands of geometric motifs along the sides and encircling the top, a series of three beaded and fringed triangular tabs suspended below
