of front seam construction, finely embroidered in white, green, and orange-dyed porcupine quillwork, each decorated on the vamp with plaited and undulating bands, the overhanging cuff with a series of three-petaled elements, trimmed with dark blue silk ribbon, old tag enclosed, inscribed Indians Nordamerika, Kickapoo (Indiana), No. 9, Ges. 1882.
