A REGENCY RED AND WHITE-PAINTED CANED ARMCHAIR
19TH CENTURY
In simulated bamboo with curved railed back and sides above a seat with squab cushion, on tapering legs joined by stretchers, the caning distressed, the feet probably cut down;
and an Austrian beech bentwood chair, late 19th Early 20th Century, by Thonet, Vienna, with railed back and rounded triangular seat on three legs, with the remains of printed maker's label and stamped 'thonet...' and with two paper labels printed '68' the chair stamped '68' on each leg (2)
