CIRCA 1820, THE SERVICE WITH GILT NO. 830 TO SOME PIECES, THE BLUE-GROUND TEAPOT AND COVER GILT 2/296 TO THE TEAPOT AND GILT 4/295 TO THE TRIO
The part-service painted with loose sprays of flowers within gilt C-scrolls and panels of dot, cross-hatch and caillouté ornament, comprising:
a teapot and a cover (handle and cover restored)
two coffee-cups and two saucers
a slop-bowl
and two plates (some rubbing to gilding generally);
the blue-ground teapot and trio painted with a luxuriant bouquet of flowers beneath a blue-ground border gilt with C-scrolls and scrolling foliage (some rubbing to gilding)
