A composite Berlin and Nyon porcelain part dinner-service
CIRCA 1780 AND 1800, BLUE SCEPTRE MARKS, PRESSNUMMERN AND UNDERGLAZE BLUE FISH MARKS
Painted in shades of pink, grey and green with loose sprays of flowers among scattered sprigs below moulded scroll and feuilles de choux rims enriched in pink, comprising:
an oval two-handled soup-tureen, cover and stand (small chip to one handle of stand)
two oval meat-dishes in sizes
two large circular dishes in sizes
nine soup plates (two with chipping to footrim, one cracked)
a plate (chipping to rim)
and two Nyon circular dishes, a soup bowl and eight plates en suite (some chipping and one plate cracked, some rubbing flaking to the enamels)
