Painted and gilt with the 'Hob in the Well' pattern below a border of leafy branches reserved with peony and chrysanthemum, brown-line rim (small areas of wear to enamels and to glaze, minor flaking and scratches to rim, predominantly between 6 and 7 o'clock)
