CIRCA 1745, BLUE CROSSED SWORDS MARK TO FOOTRIM
With a stem handle issuing leaves, applied with white flowerheads with iron-red and yellow stamen between moulded bands of flowerheads, the interior painted with a vignette of a couple in a landscape within a gilt scroll quatrefoil cartouche enclosing diaper and fret-pattern panels issuing ombrierte gilt scrolls, the border with further gilt scrolls (restored chips to rim and footrim, parts of stems restored, minor chipping throughout)
