A 19th century gold and enamel parure
comprising: a pocket watch, the eccentric engine turned dial with Roman numerals, with gilt cylinder movement, the enamelled case with white flowers on a black ground with matching clip; a long guard chain, the shaped hollow links with black and white enamel floral decoration, to single link connections; a buckle, the central rectangular black and white enamel floral panel with curved ends with a plain surround, scroll outer detail and bead terminals; a matching brooch, the enamelled panel centre within a oval floral scroll design surround; and a pair of matching earrings with enamelled panel tops and drops, the drops with floral scroll base and surmounts, with later screw fittings; in original fitted case, circa 1840.
