on short foot, painted and heavily gilt with panels of two figures dividing treasure from a box and a kingfisher perched among flowering branches, the body with various geometric patterns to either side of a band of foliage between borders of stiff leaves and diaper, the interior with numerous lines of calligraphy -- 3in. (7.7cm.) high, signed.
