Signed Prévost Freres à Toulouse. Circa 1810
The frosted gilt skeletonised two train movement with hanging barrels, cylinder escapement and monometallic balance, repeating hours and quarters on 2 gongs by depressing the pendant, playing music at will on an under dial disc with 25 teeth by depressing a button in the band, the two-tone gold dial with Roman chapter ring, outer minute ring, engraved centre field depicting four dancers in a forest glade, blued steel moon hands, in plain open face case with coin edge band and gilt hinged cuvette
