Signed Windmills and Bennet, London, No. 8205. Circa 1727
The gilt movement with profusely chased and engraved and pierced cock and foot to the edge of the top plate, pierced decorative pillars, chain fusee and verge escapement, and the silver champlevé dial with engraved and blacked Roman chapter rings, outer Arabic five minute divisions, blued steel beetle and poker hands, in plain inner numbered case and a later silver outer case
