Duchene & Cie. A gilt faced and semi-precious stone set double dialled calendar verge pocket watch
Signed Duchene & Compagnie. Circa 1750
The gilt chain fusee verge movement mounted between the two dials, the white enamelled dial with Roman numerals and outer Arabic five minute divisions, central calendar ring with central calendar hand, decorative white metal hands, the reverse dial indicating 24 hours with red outer quarter and half quarter marks, regulation lever in the band, the gilt case glazed to both sides with paste set bezels and enamel and semi-precious stone decoration to the rims
