The cream painted Roman dial signed BARRAUD & LUNDS VENDORS 49. CORNHILL, SELF WINDING CLOCK 5297, with pierced brass hands, the movement with open skeletonised plates stamped ST (Seth Thomas) No. 1323, deadbeat escapement with woodrod pendulum, the electric motor with open squirrel cage rotor and hexagonal brass circuit breaker re-winding the spring every hour and with shorting key to manually trip the motor, also impulsing the pendulum
