A FINE OFFERING OF MATURE WINES FROM THE CELLAR OF A LONG TIME WINE LOVER

This offering represents the personal tastes of a gentleman collector and bon-vivant. He is a lover of wines from France, California and beyond, as well as an accomplished home chef.

He started collecting in the mid-1980s, like many American collectors, with great Bordeaux of the 1982 vintage and his passionate pursuit took his wine cellar to at least twice the volume represented here.

Here you will find perfectly conserved wines, principally Bordeaux, with some wonderful choices from the rest of the world.

It is with reluctance that he parts with these wines that have been part of many a dinner party at the family home - some in the cellar itself!

Removed from a climate-controlled underground wine cellar with a natural humidity of 75 by Christie's staff and shipped to New York by temperature-controlled truck.
