Hofmann, 1592, 4°, woodcut device on title, a few marginal annotations in a contemporary hand (minor spotting, browning or soiling, title and Oo3-6 neatly repaired), later vellum-backed patterned boards [Durling 1030]; bound with Leges ac Statuta Ampliss Senatus (1592).
