The gilt borders with various classical motifs, the Royal Doulton comprising: a pair of two-handled oval tureens and covers, 30.5 cm. wide; a sauceboat, 23.5 cm. wide; a pair of oval dishes, 41 cm. wide; a two-handled circular dish; an oval deep dish; three small circular bowls; eight side plates; eight soup plates; eight plates, 20.5 cm. diam.; eight plates, 27.2 cm. diam.; eight two-handled soup bowls and saucers; a coffee pot and cover, 25 cm. high; a teapot and cover, 18.5 cm. high; a milk jug; a two-handled sugar bowl and cover; an oval bowl; eight cylindrical coffee cups and saucers; eight teacups and five saucers, the Minton comprising: an oval dish, 39 cm. wide; six plates, 27 cm. diam.; six plates, 22.6 cm. diam.; five side plates; a circular bowl; three small bowls; a milk jug; six tea cups and saucers, together with eight associated wine glasses with similar decoration (140)
