(ii) HEY, William (1736-1819). Practical Observations on Surgery, illustrated by cases, London: T. Cadell & W. Davies, 1814, 8°, third edition, 15 engraved plates after J. Basire (some offsetting, title slightly damaged at upper margin where ownership inscription removed, b1v and b2r heavily stained at upper margin ), contemporary boards (crudely-rebacked in calf, case detached). [Wellcome III, p. 259]
(iii) POTT, Percivall (1714-1788). The Chirurgical Works ... new edition [with biography by James Earle], London: J. Johnson, 1808, 3 vols., 8°, engraved portrait after Reynolds, 20 engraved plates (library marks, including title perforations and stamps on plate versos, occasional spotting to plates and text, [?] lacking final leaf in vols. I and II, vol. I with last line of text on C3r poorly registered, C2 of vol. III cleanly torn and repaired on verso, D4 of the same vol. repaired at lower margin), brown cloth.
