Modern brown calf (light scuffing to covers, light rubbing to joints). Second edition. William London, a bookseller in Newcastle-on-Tyne, is perhaps best known for this English compilation that is arranged under various subject headings and is a description of the books available in his shop. First published in 1657, this edition includes a supplement of new books issued between August 1657 and June 1658.
