8o (205 x 132 mm). (Binding sprung, most leaves loose). Modern wrappers.

This is principally the library of Thomas Hollis, "the republican" who left it, together with his fortune, to Thomas Brand who adopted the name Hollis; he in turn, bequeathed it to John Disney a Unitarian clergyman. The catalogue only occasionally indicates the Hollis provenance, but the books in red morocco were almost certainly bound for him.
