A six-piece tea service
of part-panelled moulded circular form, each engraved with a crest, comprising: a teapot and an afternoon teapot with rising curved spouts and domed hinged covers with octagonal finials, the former with ebonised wood scroll handle, the latter with polished wood scroll handle, a gilt-lined sugar basin, a gilt-lined cream jug, a slop bowl and a tea caddy, Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co. Limited, London 1936 and 1937 - height of teapot 6in. (15.25cm.), 71.25oz. gross.
