The second, much enlarged edition, limited to 1,000 copies, of the catalogue of the collection illustrative of 'World Literature.' It contained 2,676 works, including a small supplement, divided into 23 sections according to the literature of the various countries and regions. Grisebach was a personal friend of Martin Breslauer who, after the poet's death, sold the collection to Walter von Brüning, who sold it by auction through him in 1930.
