A complete set of the privately printed catalogues describing only the most important items of Landau's vast library which contained at his death some 90,000 volumes. The first part is arranged in alphabetical order, the second is divided into five chapters; both parts are extensivly indexed. Horace de Landau made his fortune as the immensely successful representative of the French house of the Rothschild family, first in Constantinople, then in Turin and Florence. RARE. (2)
