A George III mustard pot
of drum shape, pierced with quatrefoils and with a blue glass liner, scroll handle, openwork shell thumb piece and flat hinged cover engraved with a crest surrounded by bright-cut flowers and foliage, maker's initials W.L. with a fish above (c.f. London Goldsmiths 1697-1837 By Arthur Grimwade, Number 3893), London 1764 - 2¾in. (7cm.); and a later condiment spoon.
