17TH/18TH CENTURY
One a copper-red-glazed meiping, covered with a glaze of soft crushed strawberry color thinning to a paler tone on the lower body and flared foot and ending at the edge of the thick, white-glazed mouth rim, base unglazed; the other a lavender-blue-glazed bottle vase, bearing traces of gilt decoration including a dragon, a buddhistic lion and a mythical beast below a chrysanthemum and diaper band on the bulbous body, and foliate scroll on the tall neck
