The dark shibuichi plate with a nanako-ji ground and inlaid with fourteen octopuses on the front and thirteen on the reverse in gold, copper and shakudo takazogan

Lot Essay

Jinpo was a student of Nomura Masamichi (1706-1757) and Goto Tsujo (1663-1721). His work is rare.
