Edo period (19th century), inscribed Iwamoto Konkan
The large iron and sentoku tsuba decorated with the emaciated Shakyamuni standing beneath a pine tree next to a waterfall in high-relief silver and copper, his halo in gold flush-inlay and the waterfall carved in sunken relief, the reverse sentoku with the god Fujin and his bag of wind carved in shishiai-bori
