Second edition. A very important compilation of contemporary American and British documents from the Revolutionary War period, including newspaper articles, a proclamation by the King "For suppressing Rebellion and Sedition," and "... a Declaration by the Representatives of the United Colonies of North America...setting forth the Causes and Necessity of their taking up Arms."
