FIRST EDITIONS of both works, Tales being the first printing with T.B. Smith and H. Ludwig imprints on copyright page. It is usually the second and third printings of the Tales which were reissued in a on-volume format with the first edition of The Raven. Copies are found with either Tales or The Raven bound first.
