RARE. Shipton and Mooney attribute the text to Thomas Baldwin. The American Antiquarian Society is imperfect, lacking all after p. 24. A number of editions of this text came out starting in 1799; the present is the third edition listed by Shipton and Mooney. Evans 37524; Sabin 27588.
