FIRST EDITION, RARE. "Describes 3rd & 5th articles of proposed peace treaty, which relate to America" (Alden & Landis). "Waldon enters this under Francis Hare, bp. of Chichester, but this is not supported in NUC, nor Morgan. The author is critical of the proposed treaty. The question of Hudsons [sic] Bay, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland dealt with p. 7-9" (Waldon, p.217). The author objects to the terms offered by France as not conducive to a lasting peace, and argue.
