FIRST EDITION, including Delisle's large folding map, "Carte de la Louisiane et du cours du Mississipi avec les Colonies Anglaises," which is an update of his map of 1718. This is a rare work printed in France during the brief return of its ownership of Louisiana between the Spanish and American periods (November 1802 to April 1803). Not in Wheat, Transmississippi.
