A ROMAN ENAMELLED BRONZE BIRD FIBULA

With wings at its side and triangular shaped tail, remains of red inlay, 1 3/8 in. (3.5 cm.) long; a similar Roman enamelled bronze bird fibula in the form of a peacock, circa 2nd Century A.D., 2 in. (4 cm.) long max.; a Roman bronze fibula, of scrolling curved form with 'trumpet' head terminals at each end, circa 2nd-3rd Century A.D., 1 3/8 in. (3.5 cm.) long max.; and a Roman bronze fibula with a wolf catching a rabbit, circa 2nd-4th Century A.D., 1½ in. (4 cm.) long (4)
