With central frieze showing the falcon-headed god Re-Harakhty and traces of a second deity receiving supplication from two female worshippers each wearing incense cones, interspersed with hieroglyphic text, four registers of the funerary inscription below reading: "a-htp-di-nsw which Ra-Harakhty and Atum give of bread, beer, oxen and fowl, incense, wine, milk, and all good and pure things for the Ka of the Osirid Mistress of the House Tjes-mut-peru [also known as] [Ta]-heru, daughter of the god's [father] of 'Amun in Karnak', Djed-hor [Teos], [and] Tairy[t]", a winged sun-disc in lunette above, in two parts, mounted in wooden case
