The square panel with polychrome details, with two naked figures, one astride a crocodile, the other holding a bird, in a field filled with foliate motifs, fish and birds, 5¼ in. (13.4 cm.) sq. approx.; a tunic fragment with roundel, woven in polychrome with a central tondo of two figures, perhaps representing Adam and Eve, the woman naked save for a long cloak, the man wearing short cloak, red pantaloons and leaning on staff, the border with foliate motifs, two birds and two large fish, circa 6th-7th Century A.D., 7 in. (18 cm.) diam. approx.; and another roundel fragment woven with the naked figure of kneeling Venus, wearing bead necklace, arms upraised, with two erotes flying above holding a crown, 4th-5th Century A.D., 4 in. (10 cm.) diam. approx. (3)
