Tasting note: The Tokay-Pinot Gris Clos Windsbuhl (which took 11 months to ferment dry) is a wine of magnificent power and gracefulness. Packed with glycerin and rich, concentrated flavors, it displays a full-bodied, decadent, superbly well-balanced finish. An infant in terms of its evolution, 3-4 years of cellaring is required; it will drink well for over a decade. This is a richer, fuller, more complex wine than most Montrachets!
