Shaped oval on four tab feet cast with shells and grapes, the border cast with shells and acanthus leaves, with two reeded and leaf handles, the field flat-chased with flowers and shells against a matted ground, centering an engraved coat-of-arms, the reverse with a presentation inscription, marked on reverse
