MARK OF OMAR RAMSDEN AND ALWYN CHARLES ELLISON CARR, LONDON, 1909
Of tapering circular section chased with a 17th century style ship at sea with a background of mountains and a sunrise, all above an inscription, the cover with a wooden core and with five applied buttress motifs above mottled sea-blue enamel, marked on base and on flange of cover, the base chased 'OMAR RAMSDEN ET ALWYN CARR ME FECERUNT'
4¼ in. (10.8 cm.) diameter
10.5 oz. (325 gr.) gross
The inscription reads: 'I WAS WROUGHT FOR MARY EMILY AND GEORGE PERCIVAL BAKER BY COMMAND OF E. A. W. TO COMMEMORATE THEIR SILVER WEDDING 1884-1909'
