MARK OF OMAR RAMSDEN, LONDON, 1922
Of circular section with an applied central silver band, engraved with leaf motifs and 'MARIE', the foot applied with a further silver band, engraved with an inscription, the threaded cover applied with a crest and motto within a wavy line, marked on each band and on the applied crest, the wavy line apparently unmarked, the central band engraved 'OMAR RAMSDEN ME FECIT', the base stamped 'EBONY'
3 3/8 in. (8.6 cm.) high
The crest and motto are for Buchanan.
The inscription reads: 'I WAS WROUGHT FOR MARIE BUCHANAN BY DESIRE OF HILDA SAUNDERS, DEC 25TH, 1922'
