The circular section bowl with a reeded rim, supported on a pedestal foot with an openwork quatrefoil motif band, with conforming cover with a stylised scroll and thistle finial, with a hammered finish, marked near rim and on flange of the cover, the base engraved 'OMAR RAMSDEN ME FECIT'
