With cusped sloping rim on short foot, the white interior painted in blue, green, black and red with a central carnation piercing a tulip flowerhead flanked by an asymmetric arrangement of further carnations, another tulip, hyacinths and other flowers all issuing from a central tuft, the rim with stylized blue wave and rock design, the exterior with alternating paired tulips and flowerheads, rim slightly fritted, exterior slightly scratched, curling crack from rim
