With sloping rim on short foot, the interior with a central cusped blue ground cartouche containing a symmetrical arrangement of two pairs of red and white striped tulips alternating with red and white flowerheads, all springing from central tuft, the cavetto with white and red saz leaves on green ground, the white rim with paired red tulips and simple blue flowerheads, the exterior with alternating blue paired tulips and green roundels, rim and foot drilled
